In crafting your design, we will work closely with our team of engravers to ensure that all elements of your will shine when imprinted in wax; our engravers are a talented and experienced team who care about the craft of wax seal stamping just as much as we do.
As this product is Made to Order, allow 2 to 4 weeks turnaround time for design, manufacturing and delivery of your item. If you require your stamp in a urgent timeframe, please contact us directly to discuss your options.

DELIVERY + PROCESSING TIMES
Processing Times: Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing and packing of your order.
We send all parcels with tracking, via Australia Post. All parcels are sent as Parcel Post.
Standard Delivery: please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to major metropolitan areas (e.g. capital cities & surrounding suburbs) and 3 – 10 business days for delivery to regional areas (including WA and NT). This time frame commences at the point at which your item is received by Australia Post.
As a guide, we are based in regional Victoria; information on Australia Post's delivery times can be found here.
Express Delivery: orders are typically delivered with 2 -5 days of dispatch from our studio in regional Victoria.
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays once your parcel has been passed into the hands of Australia Post. If ordering an item as a gift for a specific purpose / date, we strongly recommend ordering 2-3 weeks in advance to allow for any delivery delays.
Please also be mindful of peak delivery times such as Christmas.
