Processing Times: Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing and packing of your order.
We send all parcels with tracking, via Australia Post. All parcels are sent as Parcel Post.
Standard Delivery: please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to major metropolitan areas (e.g. capital cities & surrounding suburbs) and 3 – 10 business days for delivery to regional areas (including WA and NT). This time frame commences at the point at which your item is received by Australia Post.

Express Delivery: orders are typically delivered with 2 -5 days of dispatch from our studio in regional Victoria.
